6. Intellectual Property

All league names, team names, logos, and event trademarks belong to their respective owners (UEFA, FIFA, NBA, UFC, FIA, ATP, etc.). KultSport claims no affiliation with or endorsement by any official sports organisation. The KultSport name, logo, and original website design are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Advertisements

KultSport is funded by advertising. By using the Service, you agree to receive advertisements served by our advertising partners, including Hilltop Ads. We are not responsible for the content of advertisements. You agree not to use ad-blocking software that disrupts our ability to display advertisements.
